GM North America Should Break Up Into Small Enterprises

General Motors North America, a mega giant and now embroiled in the casualty of big business bureaucracy and retarded technological development, has reached its peak in its credit business model and demand on working capital.

As once what was the great telecommunications entity of its time, AT&T’s restructure decades ago caused phenomenal small enterprise participation and a tremendous leap in communications and voice technologies and AT&T still exists in a different form today.

GM North America should break up into small enterprises and reconstitute its North American market via regional GM break off’s like GM North America West and let it compete with GM North America East…the small enterprise business model of competition is still good for the failing giants. Never to big to change to small enterprise models.
